The Dräger X-plore® 1900 is a high-performance disposable dust mask for protection against fine dust and particles. The superior particle filtering mask is available in two sizes and combines ease of use, exceptional comfort and optimum fit to the face. For the highest level of safety - also suitable for people who wear glasses.

High filtering efficiency for more security

​CoolSAFE filter material offers effective protection against fine dust as well as solid and liquid particles. It combines high filtration efficiency with low breathing resistance, allowing the user to work comfortably and for long periods without fatigue. The mask is especially suitable for safe working in environments with high exposure to dust.

Available in three EN protection classes, easily recognizable by color codes (FFP1 = yellow, FFP2 = orange, FFP3 = red).

Optimal seating

​The dust mask is available in two sizes (S and M/L). This makes it suitable for many different face shapes and sizes, so the wearer can choose the right size for their face. The three-piece folding design offers high flexibility in face fit, so the mask easily adjusts to the wearer's face. It also ensures that the mask stays firmly in place. The mask does not slip even when the user is talking.

The flexible nose clip integrated in the filter material is combined with a soft nose pad on the inside. This ensures that the mask is positioned effectively and securely seals the nose area. VarioFLEX headbands are highly flexible and individually adjustable to various head sizes.

Ease of Use

The flexible, seamless looping VarioFLEX headband makes the Dräger X-plore 1900 easy to wear. All you have to do is open the mask, place it on your face, position the tapes and press the nose clip following the visible marks. Thanks to its balanced shape, the mask is easy to put on and comfortable to use. It fits securely and seals tightly with no pressure. Compact folding design saves storage space whether in the warehouse or on the jobsite. Each disposable mask comes in a hygienic single pack, which ensures protection from contamination.

Exceptional comfort

Thanks to the latest high-performance filtering materials, particulate filtering half masks allow the wearer to breathe with almost no resistance. Optional models fitted with a CoolMAX breathing valve further reduce breathing resistance while helping to prevent heat and moisture build-up within the mask. This gives the user relief, especially during strenuous physical activities, and makes breathing even more comfortable.

The Dräger X-plore 1900 series features the patented double-reinforced SmartFOLD design. This ensures that the mask shape is extremely stable and offers a large breathing area. In addition, the exhaled air is directed downwards, thus reducing the perceived temperature inside the mask.
