Our emergency safety eye/face showers, which can also be produced as ATEX certified (EXPROOF) in order to be used safely in hazardous environments, are produced within the framework of the requirements stipulated by ANSI/ISEA Z358.1-2014 and EN 15154-2 standards in order to provide a safe working environment in terms of occupational health and safety. and has up-to-date certificates according to the relevant standards.
According to the standards, emergency eye/face showers have to provide a minimum of 11.4 l of uninterrupted water flow per minute for 15 minutes and meet this by connecting to a water mains.
The water temperature should be kept constant between 16-38 °C according to the requirements of the standard. If the clean water supplied from the water network does not meet this temperature range, thermostatic mixing valves can be included in the system, which ensures that the ideal temperature is obtained by mixing the water coming from the hot and cold water sources feeding the water network.
